It is not recommended if suffering of high pressure but to limited extents. In fact people (Greek, for example) used to drink the salty mixture of vinegar used to keep vegetables for the winter. This heavy salty mixture is dangerous for high blood pressure.
The natural vinegar comes from wine, and you find very good one’s in the south of Spain, but also France and Italy. Some other types of vinegar (white) are not that recommendable. The best vinegar in Spain is said to be the ‘vinagre de Jerez’, out of sherry wine.
